about

The whole cadre pulls out the stops in this pop, funk, desi, reggae extravaganza. Bohemia, The Punjabi rapper waxes cynical against the dangers of succumbing to the material realm while Jif represents his alter-ego just saying what we all feel. FDD's horn section blows truth into the undeniably infections groove assembled by Negrobot and the indomitable Nate Pitts, master of the deep strings. Memo recorded his vocals literally in a Central American jungle, battery powered, remote technology once again the vehicle for deep lizard brain stimulus. Find any truth you want in the premise, as long as you are dancing.

A commentary pitting the modern marvels of our 'connectedness' against the primal instincts of self preservation. This dub is a collage of recorded partials; from the jungles of Central America, from bedrooms and closets in urban ghettos, and from some of the highest tech studios available today. Righteous horn stabs, fluid ryddms, and genuine Patois combine in a 'mega murder bomb' of mix down pump. Get an account on the Rasta Net!
